CRM:Contacts, deals, and pipeline forecasting in one workspace
Contacts, companies, deals and every conversation in one place, with a forecast that is simply your live pipeline weighted by the stage probabilities you set.
- Pipeline stages and their win probabilities are configured per tenant, not fixed by us
- Company records enrich themselves from the company's own website
- Quota rollups follow the team hierarchy rather than a spreadsheet someone maintains

Forecast
Weighted pipeline forecasting built from the deals your reps update daily. Each stage carries its own win probability, and the forecast moves when the pipeline moves — not at month end.
Enrich
Company records that fill themselves from the company's own website. A rep opens an account already knowing who the company is, not just a domain.
Close
Deal stages you define, commit and best-case bands that mean the same thing in every review, and quota rollups that follow the team hierarchy by construction.
Scenarios
Built for the way revenue teams actually sell
Not thin modules behind one brand. Each area carries its own records, its own process, and its own access model.
Pipeline & Forecasting
5 docsWeighted forecast computed from live deals. Stages and win probabilities configured per tenant — the forecast follows the process you actually run.
Account Management
5 docsCompany records enriched from their own websites. Contacts, deals, and activities anchored to one account — not scattered across spreadsheets.
Deal Management
3 docsDeals carrying value, currency, and expected close through stages you define. Lost deals stay in the record so win rate and cycle length mean something.
Sales Operations
4 docsQuota rollups that follow the team hierarchy, bulk import for migrations, and reporting that reads the same records reps update.
Conversational Sales
2 docsChatbot integration that creates and updates CRM records from inbound conversations. An enquiry at nine is a contact in the morning.
Team & Role Governance
3 docsRole-based visibility rules controlling which records a user can see. Reps see their accounts; managers see their teams'.
Documents & Records
Document and master types across the revenue lifecycle
From first contact to closed won, every stage carries its own records and audit trail.
Attract
An enquiry arrives through the site or chatbot. A contact and company record exist before anyone has typed anything.
Enrich
The system crawls the company's own website and fills in firmographic detail. The rep opens an account with context.
Engage
Reps log calls, meetings, and notes against the deal. Pipeline hygiene is checkable rather than assumed.
Close
The deal advances through your stages. The weighted forecast updates the moment the stage does. Close won or lost — either way it stays in the record.
Modules
Twelve functional areas, one account record
Each module reads from the same contact and company data through the same permission checks.
Contacts
Contact records shared across companies, deals, and logged activities.
Companies
Company records that anchor every contact, deal, and activity tied to that account.
Company Enrichment
Automated company research that crawls a company's website to fill in firmographic detail.
Deals
Deal records carrying value, currency, and expected close date through the sales cycle.
Pipeline
Pipeline stages configured per tenant, each with its own order and win probability.
Quotas & Forecasting
Rep and team quotas set against a weighted pipeline forecast, using per-stage win probabilities and fixed commit and best-case bands.
Activities & Meetings
Calls, meetings, notes, and reminders logged against the contact and the deal they belong to.
Teams
Sales teams and reporting hierarchy that drive pipeline visibility and quota rollups.
Bulk Upload
Import of contacts and companies in bulk, so a migration or a list purchase does not become weeks of manual entry.
Reports & Dashboard
Pipeline, activity, and quota reporting built from the same records reps update, not a separate analytics copy.
Chatbot Integration
An inbound channel that creates and updates CRM records from conversations rather than leaving them in a transcript.
Documents
Proposals and contracts attached to the deal and the account they relate to.
Straight answers
CRM questions
Including the ones where the answer is no.
Can we use our own sales stages?
Yes. Stage names, order, colour, and win probability are configured per tenant. A default pipeline is seeded on day one so nobody starts from an empty screen, and it is meant to be replaced.
How is the forecast calculated?
Each open deal is weighted by the win probability of the stage it sits in, and summed for the period. Because the weighting comes off the live pipeline, the forecast moves when the pipeline does.
Can we change what counts as commit or best case?
Not currently. Those two bands sit at fixed probability thresholds. It is the one part of forecasting that is not configurable, and it is a real limitation rather than a design we are describing as a feature.
What does company enrichment actually do?
It crawls the company's own website and fills in firmographic detail on the record. It is research automation, not a third-party data purchase.
Can a rep see other reps' accounts?
Only if their role allows it. Visibility is enforced by role-based rules resolved against the team structure, and quota rollups follow the same hierarchy.
Can we import our existing contacts?
Yes, through bulk upload for contacts and companies, so a migration is an import rather than a data-entry project.
