How Suntel360 ERP, HRMS, ATS and CRM handle the questions buyers ask most, written in plain English and checked against the product.
Suntel360 ERP
How a Sales Invoice Posts to the General Ledger
When a sales invoice is submitted in Suntel360 ERP, it posts one balanced voucher: debit the customer's receivable for the grand total, credit revenue for the net amount, and credit each tax account for its tax. Cost of goods sold is not on the invoice; the delivery note posts it, when perpetual inventory is enabled.
Suntel360 HRMS
Biometric Attendance to Payroll, Step by Step
In Suntel360 HRMS, a scheduled sync pulls punches from biometric devices (ESSL) once a day and saves one attendance record per employee per day, marked present, half day or pending. A payroll run rebuilds each employee's attendance into payable days and computes pay. Once payroll is locked, payslip PDFs can be generated and emailed to employees.
Suntel360 ATS
ATS vs HRMS: What Each Does, How They Connect
In Suntel360, the ATS and HRMS are separate products joined by one link, from the ATS to HRMS. Recruiters sign in to the ATS with their HRMS employee login. Creating, editing or deleting a job sends HRMS the job ID, the hiring team before and after, and its status. No candidate data crosses, and a hire creates no HRMS employee.
Suntel360 CRM
What Is a Weighted Pipeline Forecast in CRM?
In Suntel360 CRM, the weighted forecast takes every open deal expected to close in the chosen period, converts its value to the reporting currency and multiplies it by its win probability: the deal's own, if set, otherwise its stage's. The sum is the forecast. The same deals are also grouped into commit, best-case and pipeline bands.
