Predict

AI foresight that flags variances before they hit the ledger — demand signals, supplier risk, and cash position, updated as events happen.

Adapt

Real-time response to stock movements, invoice mismatches, and approval blocks — the system adjusts ledgers, notifies the right role, and retains the trail.

Align

Strategic clarity from one ledger — operations, finance, and leadership see the same figures because every posting comes from the same document chain.

Scenarios

Built for the way your enterprise actually runs

Not thin modules behind one brand. Each area carries its own records, its own process, and its own access model.

Explore Scenarios

Finance

14 docs

General ledger, period locks, cost centers, and multi-currency postings — all reconciled from the same document chain.

Operations

9 docs

Stock movements, batch tracking, reorder rules, and backdated reposting that keeps valuation and ledger in step.

Supply Chain

9 docs

Purchase orders checked against receipts and invoices before they post, so over-billing is refused at entry.

Production

9 docs

Bills of materials, routings, and work orders that value the build as it happens and post costs back to accounting.

HR & Payroll

5 docs

Attendance, leave, and payroll that post through the same ledger path as every other transaction.

Project Delivery

8 docs

Timesheets and activity costs that land in the ledger rather than stopping at a report.

Documents

Sixty-plus document and master types

Every document that moves money writes a balanced entry to the general ledger.

Modules

Nine functional areas, one ledger

Each area posts to the same general ledger through the same validation path.

Inventory

Item, warehouse, batch, and serial tracking with a perpetual stock ledger, reorder rules, and backdated stock reposting.

Accounting

Chart of accounts, fiscal years, and journal entries feeding a general ledger with period locks and dimension validation.

Selling

Quotations through sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and returns in one order-to-cash flow.

Buying

Purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, with invoicing checked against the originating order and receipt quantities to prevent over-billing a supplier.

Payments

Payment entries that post to the general ledger and allocate against outstanding sales and purchase invoices, closing both the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.

Manufacturing

Bills of materials, routings, work orders, and job cards that track a build from components to finished goods.

Projects

Project and task tracking with timesheets and activity costs that post back into accounting.

Assets

Fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, maintenance, and disposal tracking across multiple finance books.

Pricing

Price lists, item prices, payment terms, and tax templates resolved by a shared pricing engine used by both selling and buying.

Straight answers

ERP questions

Including the ones where the answer is no.

Can we edit a posted invoice?

No, and that is deliberate. A submitted document is immutable; you cancel it and issue a replacement. Both remain in the ledger, so the correction is visible instead of the original quietly changing under an auditor.

Does stock valuation reconcile to the general ledger?

Yes. Stock movements post to the ledger through the same path as every other voucher type, and a backdated movement triggers a repost of the affected entries rather than leaving the two out of step.

Can we run more than one legal entity?

Yes. Every record is scoped to a tenant and isolated at the data layer, with its own chart of accounts, fiscal calendar, and currency settings.

What happens if someone tries to post into a closed period?

The posting is refused. Accounting periods carry a status, and the check runs in the service layer before anything reaches the ledger.

Is there an approval step before a document posts?

Documents sit in draft until they are submitted, and submission is gated by role-based permissions, so the ability to post is granted per role rather than assumed for everyone who can create a record.

How is it deployed?

As a managed cloud service, provisioned from version-controlled infrastructure definitions. There are no servers for your team to buy, patch or back up, and capacity scales with your usage rather than with a purchase order.
