Only ATS and CRM call an AI model today, and each feature is switched on per organisation. ERP and HRMS use rule-based checks, and we do not label those AI.

A recruiter starts an analysis on an application. It always includes a rule-based skills match, and adds an AI analysis and match score where AI screening is switched on for your organisation.
