Suntel360 · Pricing

Priced to your product mix and scale

We quote per organisation rather than publishing a per-seat number, because the suite is sized to how many products you run, how many people use them, and what it takes to move you across.

  • No published list price, and no trial — both would mislead here
  • Products are priced independently; buy one or all four
  • One conversation to scope, then a written quote

Three ways to run the suite

Single product, full suite, or enterprise with the controls and commitments larger organisations need.

Single product

Run one product on its own — ERP, HRMS, ATS or CRM. Nothing here depends on the others.

  • One product, all of its modules
  • Managed cloud deployment
  • Standard onboarding and configuration
  • Email support

What moves the number

The four things we will ask about

So the first call is short and the quote is right the first time.

How many products

Each product is priced on its own, and the suite is priced as a whole. Running one is a smaller commitment than running four, and we do not pretend otherwise.

How many people use it

Headcount in scope for each product — employees in HRMS, users in CRM and ERP, recruiters in ATS. Not every person in your organisation touches every product.

How much setup it needs

A chart of accounts, a shift pattern, a permission model and a migration from whatever you run today are real work. We scope it rather than averaging it into a per-seat number.

What you need from us afterwards

Standard support, priority support, or a named contact with agreed response commitments. This is where enterprise agreements differ most.

Straight answers

Pricing questions

Including why there is no number on this page.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because any number we published would be wrong for most readers. Deployment scope, headcount and migration effort move the figure more than seat count does, and a headline price that everyone has to renegotiate wastes your time and ours.

Is there a free trial?

No. These products run a general ledger, a payroll cycle and a hiring pipeline — none of which is meaningfully evaluated in a sandbox with sample data. We run a working session against your scenarios instead.

Can we buy one product now and add another later?

Yes, and the pricing is built for it. The products are independent services, so adding a second later is a commercial conversation rather than a re-implementation.

Do you charge per module?

No. A product comes with its modules. You are not billed separately for using inventory alongside accounting, or leave alongside attendance.

What does onboarding involve?

Configuration of your structures — accounts, shifts, pipelines, roles — and migration of the data you are bringing across. We scope it during the quote rather than discovering it afterwards.

How long does a quote take?

One conversation to understand scope, then a written quote. If your requirements do not fit the products as they exist, we would rather tell you that in the first call.
